Cancellation Policy

Refunds

  • Between 14 and 2 Days Before the Workshop: 50% refund of the amount paid.

  • Less Than 2 Days Before the Workshop: No refund available. Due to the inability to fill these spaces at such short notice

Transfers and Substitutions

  • Transfer to Another Person: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else. Please notify us with the substitute's details at least 1 day before the workshop.

  • Transfer to a Different Date: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional fees if requested with less than 7 days' notice.

No-Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If a participant arrives late to the workshop, they may miss part of the instructional time and health and safety protocols. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for late arrivals.

Emergency Situations

  • In cases of emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

COVID-19 Policy

  • We prioritise the health and safety of our participants by adhering to New Zealand's COVID-19 protocols. This includes following current government guidelines on hygiene practices, and venue capacity limits. If you are feeling unwell or need to self-isolate, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule your session if needed, but please note that refunds are not provided for cancellations. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If Vosso Studio needs to cancel due to COVID-19, we will provide a full refund.

Special Requests

  • For special requests or accommodations, such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or custom design preferences, please notify us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and any additional fees.

Class Requirements

  • Participants agreement: All participants are required to sign a Health and Safety form before the workshop begins. This form details the potential risks involved, the safety procedures in place, and the participant's responsibility to adhere to these guidelines. By signing, participants confirm their understanding of the risks and their commitment to following the safety protocols.

  • Minimum Participants: Each workshop has a different minimum number of participants required to proceed. Please be aware of this requirement before booking. If the minimum number is not reached, we will provide 48 hours' notice and issue a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

  • Age Requirements: The minimum age for participants in our workshops is 14 years. Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless the workshop is classified as low-risk, such as bead stringing for a necklace.

  • Class Enrollment and Fees: All fees must be paid in full prior to the class start date. Any additional materials required will be settled during the class session.

  • Health and Safety: If you are unwell or need to self-isolate, we will attempt to reschedule your class. Refunds are not provided, and make-up classes are only offered for COVID-related illnesses.

  • Class Adjustments and Cancellations: If we would unfortunately need to cancel or postpone a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
