About Vosso Studio

Vosso is the creative hub of multidisciplinary artist and alchemist Fiona McDonald. It encompasses both her jewellery and artistic ventures and her boutique range of skincare. Vosso’s unique high-end products are crafted on the West Coast of New Zealand.

While working as a props maker on the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Fiona developed a love of jewellery design and manufacture. Her subsequent film work as a location scout and manager immersed her in some of New Zealand's most spectacular landscapes. Thus feeding her passion for creativity and her love for the natural environment.

Her range of all natural bath and body products was borne in part from a desire to find a healthier alternative to the materials used in filmmakers workshops and from a concern for the accumulative effects that the products we use have on our environment. She garnered her experience with her studies of naturopathy to develop her own range of body products. Many of the herbs in her products are organically grown on her property, while the rest of her ingredients are sourced from the best suppliers she can find. She uses organic and wild crafted ingredients wherever possible and ensures her packaging reflects her philosophy of sustainability and care for our environment.

Rounding off this creative portfolio, Fiona also paints New Zealand landscapes and birds, inspired by the deep connection she has with the wild natural environment she lives in.

We bought a similar brass bracelet from you at the Fox River market in January. My wife Clare liked it so much (and lamented not buying the silver version) that I decided to buy the silver one for her for her upcoming birthday as a surprise! I am sure she will be delighted!
